Covid has brought up so many conversations, most include judgement. Why? Each of us wants to be right. Find Neutral is a movement about being at center, regaining your objectiveness and re-learning how to be a leader in communication. Now more than ever we need thought leadership, talented communicators and frankly, people who understand the power behind neutrality.
Be at choice is one of my favorite coaching phrases. It means, think for yourself. Draw educated conclusions to various topics. Be you. Most importantly KEEP your freedom of choice. When the government intervenes and tells us we “have” to stay home, we “have” to wear masks, businesses “have” to operate a certain way…even IF only temporarily….we are NOT at choice and quite frankly walking a fine line of communism.
Be at choice also implies neutrality. Here’s why. In order to HAVE choices, we need to operate in a democratic system. The old way of democracy required objectiveness, neutrality, in the sense of “I can see your point of view” although I may not agree. Today’s United States democracy is far from objective and neutral and I’d like to re-introduce this concept to improve relationships’, business’ bottom line and yes, perhaps even politics.
Some people forgo their choice’s for various reasons. “Keep the peace”, “don’t rock the boat” or even “I’m not worthy”. I am here to dismantle this. The World needs neutrality more than ever, truth tellers and well, choice makers. Why not you?
